Welcome to Second Spring. By using our website (secondspringstore.com) or buying our products, you agree to these terms. We've tried to keep them clear and fair. If anything is unclear, email us at hello@secondspringstore.com.
1. What we offer
Second Spring sells digital products — printable and fillable PDF toolkits (and related digital formats) designed to help you organize perimenopause symptoms, journal, and prepare for conversations with your healthcare provider. Everything is delivered digitally; nothing is physically shipped.
2. Not medical advice
This is important. Second Spring provides organizational, educational, and journaling tools only. Our products and content are not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and are not a substitute for care from a qualified health professional. We do not recommend treatments. Always consult your doctor about your symptoms, decisions, and treatment options. You use our tools at your own discretion.
3. Your license to use our products
When you buy a product, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use it for your own individual, non-commercial purposes. You may print and fill it in for yourself. You may not:
- Resell, redistribute, share, or give away the files;
- Reproduce them for commercial use or for clients/patients;
- Claim them as your own or remove our branding.
We retain all intellectual-property rights in our products and content.
4. Purchases & payment
Purchases are handled by third-party stores (such as Etsy or Gumroad), each with its own terms and checkout. Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise. Once your payment is confirmed, you'll receive access to your download.
5. Refunds
Because our products are instant digital downloads, sales are generally final. That said, we want you to be happy: if a file won't open, you received the wrong item, or something genuinely isn't right, email hello@secondspringstore.com and we'll make it right. Where a purchase was made through a third-party store, that store's refund policy may also apply.
6. The free checklist & emails
When you request the free checklist, you're signing up to receive it by email along with occasional related messages. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the site — for example, by attempting to disrupt it, access it unlawfully, or infringe our or others' rights. We may suspend access for misuse.
8. Disclaimers
Our website and products are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that our tools will achieve any particular outcome.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Second Spring and its team will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or products. Our total liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the latest version. Continuing to use the site after changes means you accept them.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction. (Note: confirm the specific governing jurisdiction once your business is registered — see DEPLOY.md.)
